For this assignment, I have chosen to research the Children's Hunger Alliance of Ohio. This non-profit organization was founded in 1970 and provides a statewide goal to end childhood hunger (About Us. (n.d.). Retrieved June 28, 2018, from https://www.childrenshungeralliance.org/).
In addition, the organization collaborates with other organizations to provide meals to less fortunate children in day cares, local public schools, and after school programs (About Us. (n.d.). At first glance, the organization seems to have a very active presence on social media. The organization's Facebook page is consistently updated with images of volunteers providing meals to children at various events. Although, there is no Twitter presence, the organization's Instagram account provides a warming glance into the organization's mission. Finally, I am excited to learn more about this organization and start to develop an idea on how digital marketing can help the organization reach their goals!
